After months of fighting we have decided that Fountain is at a state where NPCers and miners should be allowed to experience its wealth and to confirm that celes apoc is still the giving corp of EVE  . We invite any corp/alliance to come to fountain and use the core systems of A-1CON and YZ-LQL to make isk, LOTS of isk. Its no secret that these NPC station systems are only a few jumps away from the best rats, and the best ore in EVE... BILLIONS to be made with very little work. we have grown fat with the pickings of Fountain and need no more. we will even allow you to put POS's up. basically whatever u enjoy doing. Cormack vaaj, Tuvan Orth, Brynn jerdola all the coolest NPCs are in fountain and boy do they drop good loot... not uncommon for our boys to make 3bill isk from a single item. the ore?, well we have no interest in that but the good stuff grows as big as big as planets. Celes apoc unlike many others do not use NBSI. this means if u are not a friend of our enemy or have negative standings with us you will not be harmed. In fact if you give us info on any ppl trespassing on our land we may even come to your aid if you need it. We may even put you to +10 if your nice dudes. Some minor hostile nomad alliances still remain in Fountain but tend to stay out of the way, a few tec 1 medium drones will be ample defense  . OMG darth this is amazing, what will this cost me?, 50 billion?, 100billion?. no my friend, NOTHING. its our gift to EVE, enjoy it and snuggle into our ample bosom. Bold words, but not unexpected. Ironic how your bravery elevates the further from Fountain BoB is. Not a lot unlike your first visit to NOL, one hour after we had launched on the Goons...
Enjoy it now, but remember we will be coming home one day. All the POS that your telling the poor Industrialist of the Eve universe to come place in Fountain will be destroyed in short order and their ships destroyed. All while you look out of the portholes of the A-1CON station. Care if they send the bill direct to you for their losses?. You know we have the manpower to do it.

While this might be true, the current forces in Fountain cannot make that claim and not making use of the regions vast rescourses while it is as open as it is would be a capital offence. And no, darth's post contain no guarentee of security, just a guarentee that there's plenty of isk to be made with a little effort. |

At which point they can go and rent out a different portion of your space. The fact you imply you can't do anything about this right now suggests you're already too over-stretched to defend your own territory. If the fight against ASCN goes as well as your job at eradicating goonfleet I imagine celest will enjoy fountain for a while to come. edit: typo |

Hi KIATolon! Truth to tell, we've been enjoying fountain even while they were here - moreso, in fact, because of all the extra tech 2 loot we were getting from the Bob spawns. EDIT: Come to fountain, folks! I've made enough cash to buy a dread, lose it in a stupid manner to a gank fleet camping the station, buy another one and a carrier to go along with it. This area is RICH! We're one of the few (the only?) corp in the game that won't shoot a neutral on sight (unless they are acting suspicious or are allied with our enemies) so perhaps you too can partake of the wealth that is Fountain! |

no1s safety can be guaranteed 100% as this would be impossible even in low sec empire this is impossible. BUT you will be safe in the knowledge that we are there watching.
a local area channel will be started and assistance will be given if the odd hostile slips through our patrols. make no mistake of it, we dont hang around and live for the fight, help will be swift and decisive.
Id like to see smaller corps and alliances take up this offer. The reason?, to give them a break in EVE, a chance to make some serious cash that would normally not be possible due to the fat cat alliances closing everywhere. this is for the little guy. think of us as your big bro.
here u have a free run of the best area in all of EVE.. ppl used to pay FA to hunt here, we give u it for free and will even help.

A truly commendable act.
Making more use of the resources of this prosperous region is a worthy goal. It is quite evident that the current 'claimants' are unable to adequadetly manage this space, my hearty congratulations on both your goals and attitude.
Smaller organisations and alliances should definately take Celes up on this offer. Naturally, safety is not guarenteed, it never is in 0.0, but when all the local corporations work together and share intelligence, you will be able to avoid unnecessary losses.
There is much ISK to be made in Fountain.

aye we do  So far I've NPC'ed here for 24-30 hours TOTAL! (sitting in front of the PC) 19 Shadow Serpentis Spawns found 1 Tuvan Orth spawn found I dont have to think of isk anymore when PvP'ing |

i do beleive celes might own A1-CON only becuase they never leave the station when a sizable fleet is placed against them.
They act like kids dock and log off or log off from there safespots.
From my experiance as a neutral in fountain the first people to shoot me out of the sky for ratting in a system was celestial apocolypse.
I do hear they now live in A1-CON stuck in a station or safespotted around the system afraid of a confrontation with the lokal alliances, the only reason they want neutrals in fountain is they cant handle these lokals on there own and rely soley on other targets to keep the lokals busy from actually shooting them.
