This thread was initially created as a way for me to buy gametime cards with ISK even without access to EVE so that I could continue skilltraining on my main. That goal has been acheived but I will still make signatures for ISK. there is currently a short waiting list for images. If you must know, my main is mazzilliu.
have you ever wanted a thorax with a spoiler, rifter with seige cannons, some strange meld of an amarr ship and a banana, or maybe just something regular redone in a unique style? to see examples of work already completed, look 2 posts down. some haven't been used yet, and you can pick a model and i can get the sig done much quicker.
each sig will cost you the following:
-40 mil ISK to be paid to this character, ROF''''''''''''''''''''L (20 apostrophes, or just copy and paste) or my main mazzilliu. its high for a sig, but you also get a lot more for your ISK then the average sig
-screenshots of the ship you want drawn in the position you want, preferably enlarging the ship as much as possible onscreen so I can see details and removing the UI. please link the images in this thread.
once i can confirm payment I can give you the sig. in return for the ISK you will receive:
-one eve-o safe signature(GIF, or JPEG if it's large)
-three revisions if the first draft isn't to your taste
-optional and free: the original illustrator file I used to make it, with no restrictions except that you do not pass off the work as your own. you can reuse this for banners, other sigs, whatever. NOT FOR $ PROFIT.
some more thing:
-due to RL circumstances(i live at 2 houses now, only one of which has a computer), college classes, the sheer time/effort it takes to make one, and possibly other concurrent jobs, it might take a little while to get your signatures ready. But once you have paid you are queued up and you get your sig within a week(two weeks max)

I really like the stuff I've seen so far. I'd like to encourage you to participate in my siggy contest here: Stormy Siggy ContestAlso, I may be willing to make a good faith gesture to get you back in the game quicker but I have to know if you're interested in participating first. awesome stormy, I was thinking of making something for your contest, but these take a lot of time and i figured i would try getting guaranteed paying customers before i start risking time in a contest(especially since there are so many entrants). the drawings take a lot of time to complete, school starts next monday(2 days).
If i have time after these customers sigs are done i'll have a crack at yours.

aeaea, perhaps you can think of some running gag that goes on all over eve forums, and people still find funny, or maybe just think of random things and putting them together. floral print -> kestrel, etc. its how ive gotten all my ideas. of course you could also try the "heres 40 mil make it funny" and i can think of a joke =]

I think we're on the same page as far as chucky goes. How's a 30d ETC sound as a retainer to work on my alliance logo, with the balance to be paid upon successful completion? storm- sounds like a good deal, i'll send an email right away  i've never done logos before but it shoudlnt be too bad. rear admiral- i've almost finished with your sig. I had a lot of fun making it, I think you'll like the little MGRL flagship i put on there payment can be made to this character, note that there's 20 apostrophes, or copy and paste. I have some finishing touches to put on and also decide what the text font will be. it's the hardest part for me  |

I'd say keep the transparency of the original one. Instead of all that text maybe just have a thought bubble coming from his ship that says "Banzai!" and have 13 hostiles with a thought bubble coming from the lead one saying "I don't like these odds" |

or you could do it the other way around, but i doubt i'd get a new model done soon enough to avoid messing up the contest.
I was thinking making it a vagabond, but as you look at the ship from front to back it starts twisting, eventually becoming a raging windstorm. and then a name or something. i dont have it entirely worked out in my head yet. |

Eh, more upset with myself about it than you, I saw it coming. As soon as I made the post I realized what would likely happen, but chose to ignore it. I'm just a little bummed because none of the other contestants got any direct input from me as to how to design the sigs or what changes to make, so it could be construed as unfair. I like the above idea tho, it shows the kind of imagination I was looking for. That's another reason I'm pouting, I really wanted to see you do well in the contest and you could have probably won with something like that. The contest was just a means to an end anyway, the end being to find one sig artist that I really liked to do stuff for TARDZ and its members. Point being even if I disqualified your entry based on me unfairly compromising it, you'd still have won the real prize. |

ok I am happy with it all anyways because i have more ISK in my wallet  Well I am still working on the logos, i've just gotten a nice chunk of free time to work on them as well as RL circumstances allowing me to play more EVE \o/ I will email you several versions of the logos once I have finished with them. black and white lines, black silhouette, and different stylized versions i can make in photoshop whatever i think will look nice. |
