How do i get a hold of eve to get reimbursement from them charging my account twice. I checked my eve payment history shows only one charge, i talked to my bank and they show records of 2 charges. I want my money, i keep a seperate account for games and put the money in advance to cover the charges. My account is overdrawn and i need a solution fast.

Your bank has the ability to claw this back.
But petition under the account option for ccp to give it a go. If you were charged twice it will show on your statment and ccp might as you to produce a copy of that. If ccp point blank refuse to refund then you will need to file a complaint with your bank and they will resolve the issue (as long as you have a good bank) :).

This doesn't sound like the case but...

It's possible you've been charged twice in the same month for two months of service. This happened to me w/ my last CC bill. One charge at the start of the CC cycle, and the other at the end.
