I can use medium T2 turrets in about a week and I'm trying to perfect my cyclone setup. The ship will be used for belt piracy and ganking weak targets at gates.

The final setup is pretty close to done, mandatory modules are in bold.

HIGH-SLOTS :
~~~~~~~~~~~~
- [101| 16] 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II
- [101| 16] 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II
- [101| 16] 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II
- [101| 16] 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II
- [101| 16] 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II
- [175| 20] Medium Diminishing Power System Drain I
- [175| 20] Medium Diminishing Power System Drain I
Any benifit of a Neut over Nos for the last slot?
MED-SLOTS :
~~~~~~~~~~~~
- [165 | 50] 10MN Microwarpdrive II
- [165 | 115] Large Shield Booster II
- [0| 44] Invulnerability field II
- [1 | 32] Faint warp Prohibitor 1

Web or Large shield extender?

LOW-SLOTS :
~~~~~~~~~~~~
- [1 | 30] Gyrostabilizer II
- [1 | 30] Gyrostabilizer II
I like the idea of a named damage control unit for one of the last slots. Or I can add PDU IIs... or another damage mod... or some combination of the above...
Ok so here's the reasoning for the slots that are in debate:
Not really any clue on the Nos vs Neut, I tend to think the 3rd nos as I will already kill most smaller ships cap pretty damn fast. I just thought the option of a neut could be interesting, I don't need to use it in all fights. Very intersting possibilities vs HACs...
Webber vs Large shield extender... This one is tough. Large shield extender helps me out a bit for ganking people at gates and gives me a more comfortable tank. In most cases I can just drain the cap of ships that are faster than me to keep them from moving. I like the webber vs blaster ships and to web back ships who web me if I want to stay out of web range...
Lowslots...
3rd damage mod only gives me about 29 more DPS, is it really worth it? A named damage control unit will boost my shield resists a bit giving me final resists of 38%, 75%, 68%, 50%, plus the added benifit of possibly saving my butt in tight situations with the structure bonuses. Or is it better to go with PDS IIs and boost my shields/cap?
Just to let you know, that shield tank is pretty weak. Without the shield extender hacs or sentries are going to eat you alive. Even with the shield extender, anything that does EM damage will kill your tank. Since your tank is active, I would suggest going with a second Invulnerability Field II or maybe an EM shield hardener. You're ACs should be able to hit most frigs (probably not inties though) so you may only need the web to keep them in range.
Also, an active tank + neuts is not a good idea for long fights. you may want to put some cprs in your lows. Though for short fights it won't matter. And damage controls are awesome.
a)
5x 220mm II 3x med nos
MWD, 20km scram, web, large booster II, large extender II
2x gyro II, 2x pdu II or 2x wcs.
b)
5x 220mm II 3x med nos
MWD, 20km scram, web, 2x multi ECM t2
Armortank (kinda wastes the ship's bonus tho).
WCS could be interesting. With 2 WCS a webber would be a lot less necessary. I'm not really concerned about having a webber for hitting stuff, it's mostly for defensive purposes, in my experience I can hit a cap dry frig just fine with no webber.
