What am I missing here?

I don't see any difference between all of the named shield relays?

Can someone point out what should be obvious to me, but isn't?

Very Happy

I find it hard to believe that 29 other people are as clueless about this as I am.

Should be in the amount of CPU they use.

Bizarre.. the vanilla SPR only uses 1 cpu.

With multiple named relays, it leaves me stratching my head.

Your a passive shield tank aren't you? Me to their awesome. But just so you know (because I didn't at the time) that a real passive tank doesn't really crank out some good shield hp until about 30-40%. Anyways to answer your question I couldn't find the difference either. I would suggest getting your energy grip upgrades to level 4 (should take about a day or two as it's only a level two skill) because then you can use the tech to shield relays which actually ADD 10% to your powergrid allowing you to use better shields (like tech2 large shileds but thouse take shield upgrades level 4 (But they also offer a 1% bouns resist to all shield resists)).

Just thought I'd point out that the Tech 2 shield power relays aren't out yet.

And yeah, there is no difference that I know of between the different named versions of the shield power relay. They all take 0 cpu, and the standard T1 takes 1 cpu.
