Sorry guys this took time but been playing the eve to much to get to forums lol ok so ive been looking for a good location which would be easy for people to reach. now to me the best way to get to the location is by parking out of london some what and useing the tube so i have looked for a pub near a tube station i.e across the road here is what i have come up with: The pud is named The Globe just some other info :"Voted Best Pub in London by FHM Online users October 1998 Famous for its Fich & Chips wrapped in newspaper"... any ways that was taken from some pub web site .. also have the url to the map which shows it exact location. LinkNow as people work and such i was thinking that possibly the best time to have a meet would be a saturday early evening aka 6pm giving people chance to have a shop during the day and meet for a relax and a good old chat later on in the pub. Now dates so that every one has some time to make plans the date i was thinking of would be the 4th of october any imput would be cool and also some confirms in here of those that are likely to come |

The Globe opposite Baker St. tube?? Noooooo! . I used to drink in there years ago. It used to be the stop off on the way to gigs at Wembley. Ah! the memories Well I'll be there as long as RL doesn't get in the way. |

Does the Globe serve Mojito's? I would positively kill for one right now but lack the energy to leave the house, save to visit the local shops.
Back on-topic, if you arrange it they will come. Apparently. Best wait until after the Manchester Meet. |

I've used The Globe in the past for Quake related meets, and it's a great venue. The fish and chips is also recommended. One thing to watch out for is that they have a big screen TV that they use if there's an England rugby or football match on, and it gets very crowded on these occaissions. |
