Is there a way to enable it?

I can force this by right clicking my desktop, selecting "properties", then "settings" and hitting the advanced button which brings up my video card settings box. For ATI it is found under the 3D tab where it is a custom setting. Uncheck any "let application decide" boxes you see and set it to whatever value you think your card can handle, I have mine set to 4X, but I'm not sure how well this works with EVE to be honest with you.

Two options -

1) you can either force it through your graphics card driver as Solahn Merav says

2) In windows navigate to C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\cache and open the file called prefs.ini with notepad and add the line "advancedDevice=1" to that file (without the quotation marks). This will give you a few more graphics settings ingagme to fiddle around with, including Antialiasing (Eve calls it 'multisampling'). Just mess around with those settings till you have it how you like it. Smile

Thanks, that was very helpful.

I'm running 6x AntiAliasing and 16x Ansiotropic Filtering w/ my Radeon 9800Pro all hard set through the video options. The game just looks absolutely beautiful like this. It got rid of all the jaggies and the textures are awesome.
