well. the subject is really my question... anyone noticed any difference in gang battle when the leader have had some leadership skills and modules and such?

Well yes no and sometimes...

It realy depends on the other side, if the other side has better leadership skills yours are not helping all that much...

It's like having a 3% rate of fire implant in a PvP battle sure it helps but if the other guy has a 5% rate of fire implant, yours doesn't help you all that much.

So should you at least have a decent go at them, well I would think so, will they make a diffrence? That depends much more on what the other side has got then what you bring to the battle field.

A 3% RoF implant helps just as much as whether your opponent has one or not, its not like the bonus goes away. What he's trying to say that it does help, but it won't make you uber invulnerable. When you're dead, you're dead.

always pays off to have extra shield, armor and all that jazz... no matter what your opponent has.

It pays off big time having 15% extra to all resistance and 15% faster repair rate for all gang ships. Bonusís like that and more can be the difference between a close loss and a good win.

They are great. In My Raven running an active tank I have 10075 Shield hitpoints, and 7535 or something armour.

The speed helps and I love it all.

IF you have a ship using the gang assist modules then that is really great, will turn the tide of a even or a slightly uneven fight in your favor.

with correct micromanagement you can turn majorly uneven fights in your favor... see 2nd h-pa battle of PA/NBSI vs [5]. 18 [5] BSes vs 40 NBSI/PA BSes. [5] Jumped into NBSI/PA who had a bubble on the gate.

Losses 7 [5]BSes
Kills 18 NBSI/PA BSes.
