Ok, I have little dilema. I think it should work but did some1 test it:
I'm in station A with medical facility and I have standings->Install jump-clone->fly to station B without medical and without adequate standings-> clone jump to station A->fly to station C without medical and adequate standings. Can I perma clone jump between B and C although they both don't have medical and i don't have standings to owners of both??
All is in empire.

Thanks in advance.
Where ever you are when you jump to a jump clone, it doesn't matter if they have medical facilities or not. Your old body will become a jump clone in that location.

I'm a little confused as to how the +8.0 standings apply to player-owned stations. Can you create jump clones at a friendly 0.0 station without having to do tons of missions?

As it's a friendly station they will most probably set your standing at above +8 and therefore you can create jumpclones without any mission.

The corp standing is calculated by dividing the standing of all people who have ever done any mission for the corp. As you haven't done any mission your standing doesn't count at all and if you join your friend's corp the faction standing will not change and thus stay at +8. Once you do a single mission you do have standing and the average will be down to +4 (that is if you and your friend are the only ones who did any missions)

After I've created my jump clone, do the locations of my +8 standings stations not matter AT ALL?

For instance if I jump to my new JC in the +8 station, and then warp around with it to some random station with a medical facility and then jump back, I will in essence have 2 free clones to move wherever I want and jump between them?

Is this true or do I need to return my current body (the JC) back to the +8 station before I can jump back to my original body? Thank you in advance

in reply to the LP -
when you fly your clone arround you can park it in any station, then jump to another clone and carry on - you only need the +8 to install a clone originally - after that you are free to move it where ever

I want to install a jump clone. I think I've made an error, however.

I've been running missions for a Minmatar corporation inside Amarr space. I didn't realize this would be a problem until recently. This has caused me to achieve a nominal sec status in Amarr space. Attempts to install a JC have been unsuccessful; they don't like me.

I'm at level 4 missions now, and I don't want to start all over with a different corp, so I was wondering...

Do I have to find an office for the corp I'm working for in Minmatar space, and install a JC there? Or is there another way I can get around this?

The Internet and modern technology is all very wonderful but this is SO much easier to explain face to face with a pen and paper! Think I understand it now. :)

I got a question on jump clones - Do I have to go to the station that a jump clone is installed in to destroy it or can I destroy it remotely so I can set up a new one in a different location?

Last night I made a jump clone with a skill in training. Is this still an issue?

No, That has never been an issue as far as I know.

It is when you activate a jumpclone; jumping from your current clone to one of your other clones. You then will have to pause training before, and resume training the skill after. This is because if you are in f.ex. +4 clone, and jump to an clone without implants, your skilling time changes. And that would be a much too easy way to have faster skilling without the risk of loosing your implants.

However, if you are podded in your +4 clone (or self-destructs), your skilltime will continue as if you are in your +4 clone still. This "bonus" ends when you change skills, or when you start a new skill after the current skill has finished.

Does your current clone contract apply to all clones? Or just your current clone?

I took a break from the game a while back, but continued training skills. I have three jump clones, and I want to delete one, but it's located in a station in 0.0 to which I no longer have access. If I jump to that clone, and pod myself, will I lose skill points? It was my impression that each jump clone had its own medical contract, but some of my corp mates tell me that there's only one universal medical contract for all your clones.

Which is it? Is there another way to delete a jump clone? Thanks.

Each time you die, you need to buy new clone insurance. So long as your clone insurance is up to date and equal or higher then your current skill points, you wont loose any exp when you self destruct your pod.

OhKay, Just to be clear....

I create a clone in a base I have 8+ in.
I can jump to that clone from any station.
The clone I jumped FROM, then becomes a jump clone (no matter what my standing, or the facilities at that station).

I still have my insurance Clone with whatever contract and SP, that I will wake up in, after I'm podded.. no matter what clone I';m using at the time.

So.... I can create a jump-Clone in a base I have 8+ standing, (go to another base), then jump to that clone. Leaving my old clone in the old base (no matter what the base has). Then, move my clone to another base... say... in a sector I like, with good minerals.... then (in 24 hours) jump back to my original clone (who has implants).
Then create another clone in that original base (that likes me), and do the same thing again.... move my new jump clone to another place i like to use... etc....

Because the place you jump FROM, matters not (only the place that CREATES the jump clone matters), you can move a clone to any base, then jump out, leaving your clone in a base you like, rather then a base that has a Clone facility. Then continue to create new clones in the Base that DOES LIKE you.
Is this correct?

Very much correct.

Just to point out: Once a jump clone exists, standings to the "supplier" (or any other) corporation cease to have ANY relevance to the clone's use. Med bay facilities are equally irrelevant.

On this + 8.0 rating.. is it your personal as in faction and... corp ... now is this the corp of the station at which you want to make the jump clone or is it the rating of the corp you are in?

This is more than slightly confusing, especially since that page was ripped out of the CCP manual for this game.. Oh yea.. what manual.. hehe

I have just instaled my first Empire jump clone. I have a rating with Caldari Navy of 8.03 at the time of installing the clone. I am pretty sure that my player corp does not have an 8+ standing with Caldari. I think that the only requirement is that either you or your corp has a +8 standing NOT both required.

Does the corp standing have to be greater than +8.0?

[NULLI] has a standing of exactly 8.0 to the Federation Navy and yet a corp member can't install a jump clone...
