Well, I sucked two friends in to try the game and they definitely seem to be liking it so far. All three of us ran through the tutorial, did a few missions on our own, and then we hooked up in a system to attempt to do a mission together.

Is there an easy way to share missions? Is that even possible? Or is it more like "you grab the mission and I'll help you with it and we share the profit."

Also, I'm totally lost on the quality aspect of the mission when you talk to an agent. When I docked with a station one guy had a mission with a -16 quality, one with a 5, and one with a -14. What was weird is my one buddy docked at the same station and saw the same missions, but under different named agents....and with different qualities too. Even though we both saw the same mission, his was under a different agent and had a different quality.

Thanks for the help in advance.

As of right now, you can't get missions for a gang.
What you have to do is get a mission, and then have your friends help you with it. Only the mission taker will get the rewards, but any bounties will be split between the gang members. You can of course share the mission payout with your
friends after completing the mission.

Agents have both a level and a quality.

The level determines the difficulty, the base reward, loyalty points and corporation/agent standing increase.

The quality ranges from -20 to 20, the higher the better. Higher quality gives better rewards, more loyalty points and better standing increase.

All agents of the same level have a certain number of missions to choose from. Whether you get kill, courier, mining or trade missions depends on the agents division.

I suggest joining the Rookie Help channel. A lot of good information there.
