Caldari Frigate Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to
Missile Kinetic Damage and 5% bonus to
Missile Launcher rate of fire per level


Does anyone actually use this? I don't think it's very useful to be honest. They are bonusses that don't get used much, would't it be better to change these for something else?

What do you reckon?

Another Probe bonus?
Bonus to using ship scanners while cloaked?
etc?

Having the guns or missile bonus's to Covert Ops has always confused me. I would never fight in a covert Ops, I thought is was about remaining "covert" Whenever one of these de-clokes they seam to instantly get popped.

Having the bonus on using probes sounds a lot more sensible to me.

All CovertOps ships have the "combat" bonuses of the frigates which they're based on. Certainly it's a waste and they should all be changed.
Personally I'd like an additional 10% reduction per level in scan probe analyze time.

Well, what other bonuses do they need? At least these bonuses will motivate you not to just scout with them. Everything else needed is already built into the ships.

yes, it makes no sense.
Changing it to something like 2-5% scan probe duration would be very nice :}

Using ship scanners while cloaked is too powerfull, and I don't think id be that easy to implement.

10% bonus to scan probe launcher cpu needs would be my choice tbh

or scan probe scan time would be my second choice
