ok, I started a second char for fighting...Shes Minmatar, has 14 perc, 11 willpower base, but only 4 Int and 4 Mem...

At the mom Im just skilling INT and MEM before I start skilling something else...but even if I skill all up till lvl 4, I just get 8 INT and 8 Will....

The question is, if it wouldnt have been better to take more INT as base, as I think there are much more INT/MEM base skills than gunnery skills...(Im talking bout Engeneering, Electronics, shield subsystems, tactical shields, all update-skills, etc.) which I need anyway to fit the best weapons and stuff)

As far as I know, the attributes only affect learning times, at least at the moment. The best thing you could do is to make an even character, and boost every area of learning with the learning skills, and after that start training profession-specific skills.

Usually the best thing you can do is to try to get your attributes as even as possible while ignoring charisma because very few skills use charisma. I focused on Perception and Intellegence as they seem to be the primary attributes for the skills I planned on training. You should get all the learning skills trained up to at least 3 at any rate. Hope that helps.
