I've just opened my credit card bill and seen the first payment to eve, 35.85USD, for three months. This converts to 22.27UKP which is equal to 7.42UKP per month. Worth every penny (until the next patch :P).

I'm now considering a second account.

Actually it's lucky you posted, I had a quick look at my account and it said I was on a monthly sub - yet I had definitely set it to 6 months when I signed up. I guess they just don't want my money :-(

Anyway, changed back to 6 months :-)

Have fun

Yeah, I cant see why people complain. It cost me two months 'game-rent' just to get the train to work yesterday, and that was far less entertaining, and over in a couple of hours. Eve has the benefits of lasting all month, doesn't make calls on it's mobile then raising it's voice as we go into a tunnel, it doesn't smell of ass, either.

So overall; Eve > Train journeys

It is also the same price as a pack of smokes, and a Big Mac meal, which I will be going to get shortly.

It certainly is cheap - that's 3 months of Eve play verses...

1) A drink for a mate and yourself, plus some crisps and a go on the fruit machine.

2) A small delivery pizza.

3) 3/4 of a speedo cable for a BMW R1100 RS-SE.

They joys of a weak dollar.
