I see you responded but unfortunately I receive the following when trying to read the thread:

"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: '[number: 1]'

/include/extendedFunctions.asp, line 215 "

Feel free to contact me ingame, via email or in another post so I can read what was said.

There is no need to hijack every topic and turn it into a CCP flame fest, Tristan. -- Mandos

Wrangler, I'd still like to read what your said. Or if anyone can read This Thread please post the response.

Otherwise, I'll continue to ask for someone to file a complaint with that:

1) Is not Pann
2) Is not a member of the GM staff
3) Is not Polaris.

The previous deletion, the petition filed as requested being ignored for the past 3 hours and other circumstances on these forums makes all 3 suspect.

Since I see by the closure of another thread that Mandos is active, he can now answer this question.

I won't give someone the satisfaction of closing this thread by disclosing what was said to me during a petition, as advised, Mandos. Nor is it revealing any information concerning forum moderation as I was never informed neither by email nor by eve mail why the prior post was deleted that asked the same question.

I'm not sure what thread you're referring to, since I can't read it either due to the bug in the forum code.

Maybe you'd be willing to re-post whatever question you had?

Sure. After your closing of a thread and stating that complaints concerning customer serivce should be emailed or petitioned, I opened a new thread asking for an email address to file such a complaint that:

1) Is not Pann
2) Is not a member of the GM staff
3) Is not Polaris.

That thread was deleted, with no cause given via email nor eve mail. 2 subsequent petitions, as advised, have yeilded expected results which is why I asked for the email address. Hence I reposted to which Wrangler responded. Which is unavailible due to a bug.

CCP flame fest?

i stated a fact. these forums ARe worse than the old ones and less functional.

If you don't want to use an in-game petition, you can visit the Customer Support Page.

I'd like to add that I don't think it's uncommon for a petition to take several hours to get responded to. Even though there are several GMs working at the same time, I imagine the load of petitions is pretty rough at times.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I didn't delete your thread. Good luck!

Tristan, we already know what you think of CCP and how good everything would be if you were world leader. :-)

There is, like I said, no need to hijack topics and tell us the same thing one more time. Thanks!

you keep repeating yourself mandos.

and what you think i think of CCP and what i actually think are two different things.

i like CCP, i like the game. im just not happy at the way some things are being done just now and being a customer i have the right to complain. that means you not deleting/editing/ ignoring my complaints. mind you.. you arent CCP though, now what i think of many of polaris.. is a different matter. some of you guys are great and know what you are doing, some of you im suprised are in the position you are in. for the most part polaris do a great job and a thankless one at that, so i apreciate that. maybe im letting the bad ones stick out.. who knows.

however.. you try banging your head on a brick wall for a bit and see how frustrating it is. you might start to get a bit vocal too.

Yes, you certainly have the right to have an opinion and express it. However we do have some basic rules about how you're allowed to expressed yourself on these boards, and I generally dislike topic hijacking (this is rather a perfect example of that, isn't it).

I don't mind debating this with you, but let's do it in private (I'm logged on to #eve-online as Mandos whenever I'm online), please.
