I'm no incursion guru but ...
"L up" = Invitation / Command for logistics pilot to indicate they're ready by typing an "L" in fleet or logi chat channel.
"drone[lady-of-the-night]" (as in, this guy needs to have RR drones on him) BUT WHY? What makes someone a 'drone[lady-of-the-night]'? = The person nominated to control all the DPS drones deployed by the fleet. This method is used to prevent fleet drone DPS being too widely spread. I doubt it will be a reference to RR drones ... logis running RR drones tend to place them on one another until / unless another fleet member needs that additional repping.
"LFSF" = Looking For Shield Fleet
"LFAF" = Looking for Armour Fleet
"AF LF logi" = Armour Fleet Looking For Logistics ships
"SF LF logi" = Shield Fleet Looking For Logistics ships
There's a good posting in this forum that links to an external site all about incursions. Follow that and read, read, read: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1541656
