Hey fellow pilots,

Tried many times to purchase a PLEX today using the same CC I use for my main's recurring subscription.. each time I got "We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information."

I got the same message using another of my VISA cards so I opened a petition.. hopefully I won't have to wait too long. I checked with my card vendors and they don't show any transaction history (e.g. no declines) and advised the problem is with whoever CCP uses for their payment processing.

Anyone else having issues using the PLEX purchase page ? Thanks

Yes i have had the same problem and have been waiting for over 7 days now for CCP to respond.
