Some friends of mine and I recently left the Imperial Order alliance before they were crushed by the Russians (RED coalition operating in deep null-sec). Our fundamental reason for leaving was mismanagement of the Alliance and their disregard for effective and efficient usage of resources as well as a rampant disregard for the industrial profession.

We've taken the money that we made during our time in null-sec as well as some of the few good ideas and lessons learned from the Alliance, and we're establishing a small start-up corporate alliance of our own. Our current structure involves The Avalon Consortium filling the role of industrial mining and manufacture while the members of our group who prefer PvP are filling roles in a separate corporation in the alliance for escorts, protection, and piracy.

We have plans in the immediate future to establish a Starbase in our staging system which will be the headquarters of our Empire Space operation and an easy entrance into nearby low/null-sec space. Other longer term plans involve a potential wormhole space expedition and expansion into null-sec space.

We're looking for people who can articulate their thoughts well and can appreciate the benefits of cooperation and symbiosis.

Priority recruitment is seeking Mining Barge/Exhumer pilots for POS fuel mining from the fields in the staging system and Cruiser/Battleship miners for fleet mining operations.
We're also seeking haulers and other competent miners (we're noob friendly, and we'll probably be able to do quite a bit for you)

We're working on a ship replacement/granting policy which should be able to provide a loss-free way of enabling our null-sec mining ops (which will have security detail flying with us.) We also have a teamspeak server which will be the preferred communication method for fleet operations.

I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this bit of text, and I hope to speak to any interested candidates soon.
