Looking to sell a class 3 WH with a static Null sec exit.

Has Temperate, Gas and Barren planets

Has frequent gravimetric and ladar sites. And I was making about 50 mil per sleeper site.

Null secs are usually deep in null space and quiet. Great ratting and mining potential.


High sec exits are infrequent and I am waiting on one now to take my stuff out and sell the hole.


Due to the Null sec exit, Ill sell it for 800 mil, 1.5 bil if you take the Large Amarr POS setup off my hands with it.
