Hi, I was just the other day flying my wonderful Manticore, fitted with MWD's for gatecamp busting and of course, the wonderful cloak T2.

Now the initial problem was a gate camp with +10 reds, now as I decloak my ship (from jumping) and initiate MWD + Cloak, my game looks to be lagged up, nothing happens and after 2-3 seconds I choose to press cloak and MWD again, now a second later what I see is my cloak activating, and immediately de-activating, same with MWD (It still runs it's cycle) Well it's no problem with something running off a cycle, but a cloaking device doesn't so I can't recloak for 15 seconds.

Now that kills me.

So what I am suggesting, is a 5 second delay before you can de-cloak again, for all the Stealth Bomber pilots who might have incurred the same as me in a stressed situation. I lost implants, rigs, Meta equipment, t2 equipment and a perfectly good Manticore due to lag, in a situation I had at least +60% Chance of surviving :)

I hope the dev's will read this, I guess this is not hard to implement and would be BELOVED by me in the next update.
