Back Ground Details.
I am currently operating a small T2 production, producing long build time products make management very easy. I have experience in most fields of production within eve and looking to expand my operations.
The business plan.
I am looking to expand my operations with the addition of 4 new production/invention characters, and a new high sec pos + corp to complement the increase in volume produced. ( All separate to this corp, hello war decers ) The plan is to issue 500 bonds at 18mil each, with 30% of profit coming back to me for potential further investments, and as a maintenance fee.
Without out saying what I will be producing;
Projected numbers:
400mil Profit/week - 30%=280mil Profit/Week To Bonds 560k/Share/Week = 3.11% Weekly Return 4 Weeks/Month 1.12bil profit/month 2.24mil/share/month = 12.44% Return
As stated in the title the plan is to run it for 2 months giving a total return of 4.48 Million/Bond, with any additional profits been paid out in the same ratio of 30% to me then the remaining to the bonds.
At the end of each month isk will be paid out, with the winding down at the end of two months also returning the initial investment isk.
There will also be the option to extend the offering beyond the 2 months provided enough people wish to, those that do not will still be able to cash out with the bonds going back on sale at initial price + paid out, with any not sold been covered by me. Risks
The usual yes I can scam, its uncollateralised. Don't like it; fine by me just don't invest.
Someone finds out the location of alt corp to be pos location and shoots it. I am well versed in pos fitting, the amount kept in the pos at any time will worth just over 1 weeks worth of isk, not a massive lose.
Market Tanks: everything will be liquidated, with no lose to initial investment.
Disclosure of alts: they will be bought publicly on the forums, very easy to trace and will post the buy threads here as well.
New forums in 3 days: this will be posted there upon closure of the current forums
