I'm currently looking for a laptop and got my eyes on a HP ProBook 6460b, which has the following specs:

CPU: Intel i5-2410M
RAM: 4GB PC3-10600
14" screen with 1600x900
GFX: Intel HD Graphics 3000

But I'm a little uncertain if that graphics card will be able to run EVE or not.

Anyone got any experience about a laptop with a similar graphics card or know if a laptop like this can run EVE or not?

But if CCP moves to next shader model, you are screwed. Get lappy with at least intel 3100.

What is your budget bro?

My budget is around 8-900.

I was in a store yesterday looking at screen sizes and I think that I want to go up to a 15,6", thinking that 14" will be too small too fast. I also want a non-glossy screen.

Other demands:
CPU: i5 or i7
RAM: 4GB with the ability to upgrade to 8GB+
Screen: 15,6", a minimum of 1600x900, non-glossy

I want to be able to log into EVE to change skills and maybe mine once in a while.

i got a laptop for 800 euros a year ago

4gb ram
ati 5650

runs 2 clients at max just fine, Reckon you should be able to get a nice rig for 900 euro's laptop wise, at least get something with a videocard or you are really just wasting money, as theres fine laptops without a proper video card for 400ish

Yes, it will run EVE.
No, it won't run it at a nice framerate, not even with everything turned down to minimum.

P.S. Get something with a A8-3500M CPU+GPU combo. While it won't be a stellar performance, it will be noticeably better than the i5-2410M.
For instance this 610$ laptop.
