Does it count as firing a weapon at someone in the eyes of concord if its a module that boosts their armor/shield? Must the target be in my corp as well as fleet?

be aware though. If you are repping someone that becomes flagged to concord, then concord will destroy you too.

( Never use a basi or similar to rep a stranger in a frig, if he shoots staion for example, you lose your ship)

Since the Incursion expansion, where people were encouraged to work together in fleets with people they don't know, alot of griefing started happening due to this mechanic

That's why, as of a recent patch, you are no longer able to provide remote support to people with a criminal flagging with CONCORD.

Modules currently active on a player who becomes flagged with CONCORD, will instantly deactivate.
