Due to my urge to help keep the Eve economy stimulated by new players who are struggling with making ISK, I've decided to offer financial assistance (in the form of small loans) to a few new players who genuinely need it.
Sure, you should earn your iskies like any other hard working pilot, but we've all been there - so new to the game and overwhelmed that you just had no clue where to start - and the argument can be made if you have better ships/items to begin with, it can launch you ahead of the curve so that self-sufficiency is easier to obtain.
Anyway, no scams or anything here. I'm going to loan an unknown amount of isk to new players (by new, I'm talking about a month old or less).
I ask that you at least try to make an effort to repay the loan when you can (when you get going in your Eve career). That way you don't feel like you're just getting a hand-out without at least making an effort to make good on it. So how do you claim your stimulus package?
Post in this thread why you need a loan (are you trying to save up for a mission running ship? Mining vessel? etc etc). The more specific you can be, the more likely you are to receive help.
Also, I know other players will flame away, but perhaps there are other kind souls that would be willing to join me in helping stimulate Eve's rookies? If so, feel free to contact me or fulfill requests directly.
This is more of a pilot program right now - let's see how it goes and maybe we can go somewhere with this
