I can tell you right now, I love my Curse. But sadly, any intelligent player will be hitting his D-Scan, in highsec wars or in anything less (lowsec, 0.0, WH). If they catch a Curse on scan, I can almost promise you that they will run.

Seriously. I have seen it so many times I no longer fly my Curse. Unless you have a great tackler (which my corporation lacks at the moment, Dylan YOU SUCK!) then any time someone sees CURSE on scan they will align, jump and dock before you even have a chance to land on grid, much less target them.

Other than that, great ship. And if you get a tackler or someone who doesn't have experience fighting a Curse, then you might get a fight. Otherwise, stick to the pilgrim. It's hard to grab someone paying attention when you are uncloaking, but you'll get into a fight more often than you will in a Curse.

(PLEASE NOTE: My experiences are based on solo to 5 man gangs, and do not translate over to medium or large gangs, or docking-wars)

Since there's not as much to be gained from cloaking in hisec imo, what with all the ships cluttering dscan, I'd go for Curse's raw power.

Having flown both, I'd go with the curse. It's just deadly. The pilgrim is much better for solo low-sec or 0.0 action. As for fits..

Curse/Pilgrim just means you're insta caped out/hot droped and have enough dps/ability to 1v1/1v2 you can't do anything else than watch your ship blow.

If you compare it with arazu or falcon: both mean you can't target an elephant in front of you and can't harm you better than 2 T1 hammerheads, most prob the small gang is waiting on the other side of the gate and are prob good in fleets (never used it in)

All I can say about the Curse/Pilgrimm in low sec where I am is that they're the most used with minie reccon to hot drop because they are tanky, and have enough dps to defend themselves from respectable ships size while arazus/falcons die very easy.
