On a temperate terrestrial world deep on the edge of nullsec, a new era begins. I am pleased to announce my appointment as planetary governer and overseer of the colonization of the planet Kaztropol.

It is my intention to provide a safe haven for all Amarrian expatriates. Upon request, any Amarrian defector, renegade or refugee will be granted citizenship on Kaztropol on a 'shall-issue' basis.

It is a long journey to Kaztropol and the planet itself is as yet untamed, but a person of strong will can toil this land, carve out their destiny and find solace here, and a fresh start.

I shall periodically provide updates on Kaztropol here in this thread.
