I know, different Security agents give different patterns of missions. Recently I started mission running again. I am little unhappy with my current agent. I get so many Faction missions, which drives my standings vs this Empire faction down fast.

Did CCP change something or is it just this agent, which has kind of only this kind of missions in its mission pool?

What is the best way to deal with that. Do the faction missions and repair standing or always decline them?

With a higher standing to that agent he gives out more missions you already did.
Like a learning effect. Until then I think you have to decline the missions to avoid the faction missions.

It's just the agent. Each one has his own pool, and you picked one with a lot of faction missions in his pool.

If you don't want to keep declining them, you'll have to pick a different agent.

Ideally, you will be missioning out of a station that has more than one agent for any given level to choose from. Or at least another agent of the same level a short travel distance away.

You just decline the faction mission and request another one. If the second one is also faction, delay it until the 4 hour penalty timer runs out, then decline that one as well. During that 4 hours you choose missions from a different agent.

My repper alt has standings almost as good as my main. SO if I get two faction missions within the 4 hour timer, my alt starts a missions from the same agent. Also, I have picked a mission hub that has two LvL4 agents in the system, and one in each of systems one jump away. This area has only 6-15 people in local, unlike Sankassen with literally 60-115. Look around and you should be able to optimize your set up.

While building up Faction, Corporation and Agent standing, this is what you'll have to do.

Along with the above replies, the negative Faction standings listed in the character sheet form the base for the Agent mission pool which is then altered by the Agent Division and Agent standing.
