After downloading and installing incarna (twice) I was able to log in and play as usual. However a couple of hours later I attempted to log in again and now get an error telling me that either I have no internet connection, the server is down or that I have incorrect ports open.

1) Obviously my internet is not down as I'm posting this from said PC
2)I see no indication that the servers are offline.
3) I have not had to port forward any ports for EVE to function properly in the past.

and about 45minutes later its working fine, no changes made on my end.

I have this happening right now.

Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong.
