EVE Online: Incarna 1.1 is currently being deployed. We expect to open Tranquility to the players at 15:00 UTC. Incarna 1.1 introduces a number of fixes and improvements, including elimination of the session change timer while switching ships in station, updates to the Macintosh client and customizable API keys as described in this dev blog.

10:00 UTC
Tranquility is offline and the deployment is in progress.

11:00 UTC
Tranquility is back online and testing is underway.

13:00 UTC
Testing is well underway, and so far everything seems to be on track.

Deployment is still underway but last minute checks have delayed us. We should be up in about 5 more minutes.
