The Titan in my own opinion is balanced. It is just the fact that it gets used outside its role too much. The Titan can be a front line ship but its real role is a mobile jump bridge. Which is more of a support role, I am not saying take its EHP away or the **** cannon (DD). I am saying it is time to separate the Jump drive from the Jump Portal. I am purposing that not only are the jump systems separated but the Jump drive of the Titan class be reduced and the portal range be increased. Which I think tackles 2 of grayscales topics, “Movement & Logistics and Large fleet combat".

The rough draft is with jump calibration to V reduce the Jump range of the titan to 5.825 Lights years from 7.825 light years. This makes its personal jump capacity no grater then jump bridge network. But keep the Jump portal range at 7.825 light years. Also allow for a new skill that increases the range of the jump portal bye 10 % each level maxing out at 50 % increase in Portal range at Level 5 making for a total of 11.7375 light years.

In closing this small tweak in the jump system of the Titan will put it back into the support role of projecting sub capital power & logistics use, also making the mass migration of this behemoth even more difficult. Another bonus is you can now portal bridge your sub capital fleet with your dreads & super carriers for more coordinated strike.
