I am looking to aquire a max or very high skilled booster pilot.

Minimum Requirements:
Wing Command
Basic Boosts 5/5/5/5
Warfare Link Specialization 4(prefer 5)
Siege/Armor/Skirmish Specialization 4/5
Ability to fly at least one of the following: Fleet Command/Tengu or Loki/Orca

Will obviously cost a few billion and am prepared to cover it.

Prefer focused trained characters, this will be an alt and not used for anything else so additional skill points outside of core basics are not what im specifically after.
