I'm guessing you cancel and resub.

Account management page -> Change Payment Method link, found right below the Next Billing Date line.

Select your subscription interval, and the next page will be to change your CC info.

Should not be confused with "Change Subscription Plan" link under the "Game Time" menu, which will only allow you to change your subscription interval, but not your CC info.

changing the interval prompts a purchase at the ends after u enter card info....I just wanted to change the info...i don't need to resub at this time....the old account management allowed u to update CC info...this one is botched imo.

IIRC, it is actually illegal for CCP to hold onto your credit card information when you do not have a subscription. Corporations can only keep credit card information if they need the credit card info to process regular payments from their customers. As you do not want to have CCP do this at this time, CCP is not allowed to keep your credit card information stored.

1) cancel your account
2) when you get the mail telling you you have x amount of days to go re-enable the account with new details.
