I have a setup in mind, but am curious to see your ideas. RR I'm fairly confident is optimal, though, but I'd like to see proven fittings.

Let me start by facepalming. I'll try to be as constructive as possible with this.
RR is *by far* the best option. With that said, do not just use two ships. After the neut changes, if one of the tengus gets neuted (remembering that they are repping eachother), that leaves the other boned (no reps)...and the neuted one boned as well since multiple neuts makes it hard to get activation for your hardeners. You can try to run it by warping great distances out from original warp-in and use speed to keep distance from neuts while killing the scram/neut/web frigs and cruisers, but seriously...if you're going to solo (or duo) go C1-3 (they would offer better ISK/time ratio anyway).

Just so you know.

2 RR tengus can run C4 anoms without any problems if flown correctly i.e. don't run your RR constantly. Of course C4 anoms offer better isk/h than C3 and below.
