Back playing after a bit of break.

I was wondering, what are some common fits for the crow these days and does it still function as a good anti frig vessel and of course fo tackling.

Ive spent most my eve life in a crow, but since ive been away for about a year I'm wondering what all has changed

For tackling it's fine, nothing special but it does the job.

It's as meh as ever for soloing in, can kill ABing frigates but that's about it really. For general gang anti-frigate, you'd be far better off in another ship (e.g. a Caracal.)

I think the days of the rocket crow solo boat are done. I put standard missiles on mine and use it for tackle sometimes. Although the bonused tackle ceptors do are better for tackle ofc.

Its a good small gang/solo ship still. Its out performed in tackling by the bonused "fleet" 'ceptors but it has respectable dps

The Crow has seen it's glory days, a raptor with T1 rails will do a better job than the crow at any role. The only viable dogfighter ceptors today are the Crusader and the Taranis, the stiletto works to but it gets outpreformed by the former two if they encounter one another.
