First, purchasing or gifting accounts to another is a violation of the EULA. The punishment for which is the closure of said account. If you want to use real life money to leverage your activities in EVE Online, you may do so legitimately through PLEXes which you can sell for ISK, which you can then use to buy a character off of the character bazaar.
Next, some words of wisdom to consider after your account gets inevitably banned:
"Ebaying" your way to success is highly frowned upon in EVE. If you can actually utilize your purchased assets correctly, good for you. However, it is likely that you will lack the experience to use your purchased assets competently. Asking for help will generally be answered with phrases such as "do the tutorials" or "you should already know that" - except that the responses will generally be very rude, impolite and insulting. If you wish to avoid these hardships, I suggest that you start EVE with a fresh account and learn the basics of industry from there. You can EASILY learn how to set up PI effectively with a new account, and get a taste of manufacturing too.
