On a different note, look at the "map" in the ancient races department of the Takmahl artifact site, it bears a strong resemblance to this.

I think you've got a really awesome find there.

'Malkuth' missile launchers the "lowest Sefirah on the tree of life".

Eve Exodus vs The Book of Exodus.

Quote:

The book tells how the children of Jacob leave their enslavement behind and journey to the Promised Land.

The Kador family logo bears a striking resemblance to the Jewish Menorah Hanukkah

Planet Zorast in Amarr.

Alexander and the Gordian knot and Tash-Murkon Family logo.

Also Cylinder of Nabonidus and Cyrus Cylinder, though I'm leaning toward thinking a glass lens perhaps telescopes.

My youth was spent chasing occult wisdom and "secret" knowledge.. Rolling Eyes

I recognized it as soon as Valerie published her findings. What was it the fleeing Isrealites created to represent their God, much to His unending ire? Oh, yes, a gilded bull calf idol.

9 For a hundred years while the sefrim watched over the empire no wars or epidemics or famines ruined the lands and the people were content and joyous.
10 From Istha in the north and Melekel in the south and Edras in the east and from Iphria in the west people came to pray before the holy sefrim and receive a blessing to take home to their families.
11 The sefrim stood tall and beautiful, clad in their white and amber robes, with masks of gold and silver to protect people from being struck dead by their angelic beauty.
12 And all this time the emperor Amash-Akura did not age one day and was as healthy and strong as the day he came of age. The Scepter gave him vigor and the Crown gave him acumen and his rule was wise and fair.
13 Then Molok the Deceiver sundered the lands and the people suffered floods and plagues conjured by him. Molok turned the people against the sefrim and people who once sang their praise now abhorred them.

Molok bears an uncanny resemblance in many ways to Tlaloc. It provides a very strong suggestion the Jove have two factions, warring over ideology through servants.

14 The emperor saw that all was not good and summoned the sefrim and said unto them, The people are in great distress, what remedies doest thee have?
15 And the sefrim answered, My Lord, the land has split against thou, thou must make war upon thy enemies to reclaim what is justly thine.
16 And the emperor asked, Will thee aid us in this perilous endeavor?
17 But the sefrim answered, No my Lord, we are here only to guide and guard, it is forbidden to us to aggress upon any man.
18 Then be gone! The emperor said in anger, for his foes were formidable.

The Book of Exodus describes how Solomon known for his wisdom was able to speak with god through two cherubim on the Ark of the Covenant, cherubim like serphrim are types of angel.

The Crown and Sceptre, Ameretat and Haurvatat, also seem to hold clues to the mystery.. It is, perhaps, tied in with the Achura. Who to my mind are descendants of the Yan Jung, along with the Ni Kunni. Notice the Ouroboros used in both racial symbols. Identified in many of the "races" I believe to be Yan Jung descendants. Sometimes reproduced as an unbroken circle.

P.S. Wyke, being the linguisticly inclined individual I know you are, ever wondered why the Jove are ALWAYS stressed to be the enigmatic Jove?

From Wiki.. ugh

An enigma is a type of riddle generally expressed in radical or allegorical language that requires ingenuity and careful thinking for its solution.

The Ouroborus also alludes to Alchemy, the Eternal Return, and ties in to another philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer.

It also links in Hindu, Taoist, Confusionist and Bhuddist, and any other eastern religions I have neglected, into the Unified Catholic Church, in honorific allegory of Frank Herbert's Orange Catholic Bible.

The Jove, while being human, are barely so.. They are also very likely near immortal.
Two points.
One, they gave up having children the "normal way" so they could devote their lives to "something". They have absolutely no errogenous desires toward the opposite sex, or even the same sex. Whether they still form personal, emotional attachments at all, beyond casual, is up for debate.

Two, cloning and genetic manipulation are the probable downfall of the Jove. While it likely increased their lifespans by millenia, it would have forced them into a genetic dead-end. Drift and random mutation were eliminated. They became simply copies of the genetic norm, bees or ants, workers with no imagination and a prodigious IQ.

At some time, two different schools of thought on how to fix the problem came about.

One possible idea was to recombine DNA from the races, from exactingly identified sources back into the Jovian gene pool. The Statics would be the ones who wanted to remain human.

The other likely idea was to abandon their humanity completely, to surrender to becoming something else. The Modifiers were the ones who more likely embraced this idea.

But, nothing is ever that simple in Eve, so of course it was not ALL of the Modifiers who chose this course, and perhaps some Statics chose to enter into the "new frontier".

But, it is likely, as I said, that any Jove who do remain are Statics, or ruled by Static ideologies. The Statics seem to be the good guys, but, I choose to err on the side of caution. The Modifiers are the "live and let live" faction. There is an ulterior motive about the Jove, of that I am certain..

And it all seems to play out in the Races of Eve. The Gallente and the Sisters of Eve touched by the Enhuadanni, intimately connected to the Sleepers and wormholes. The Minmatar also tenuously connected to the Enhuadanni.

The Caldari and Talocan technology being sympatico, The Amarr seeming to have extended knowledge of wormhole space. The unusual switch hitting the Jovian standings do with regards to the Caldari and Amarr, both arguably Static ideologies. Almost as if the Jove have prior animosities against the Gallente and the Amarr, animosities to which we have not become privy, or which seem far exaggerated. Or a un-typical fondess for the Caldari and Minmatar.

Something tied many disparate races together in the far past of New Eden, I argue that something was religion. Just as it was religion that spawned the Jove and the Amarr. The religion of the Unified Catholic Church.
