I searched for a forum for this over there or some way to contact about this but couldn't find any so I am posting here. Every time I try to load Contribtastic I get the error log notification and it doesn't load: Quote: Traceback (most recent call last): File "uploader.py", line 19, in <module> File "evec_upload\main.pyo", line 19, in <module> File "evec_upload\upload.pyo", line 30, in <module> File "evecache.pyo", line 25, in <module> File "evecache.pyo", line 17, in swig_import_helper File "_evecache.pyo", line 12, in <module> File "_evecache.pyo", line 10, in __load ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

Edited by: OilSlick Rick on 20/08/2011 10:58:38 I was only interested in the uploader, which has been working then suddenly stopped.
I looked at that website and it seems the download page is broke. I click that msi link and get a huge page full of random characters and words etc. |

My apologies for my shameless self promotion :) and it seems I failed miserably too. Oh well, I'll go and find out why the hell the download is a huge mess of characters instead of what it should be (it seems to do this only in FF). --- Ok, FF seems to be the only browser out there that forces you to have your content type set correctly. Turns out MSI is not known by default in Apache. But it should work now :) |

I tried it in Opera and FF. Supposedly there is some sort of other browser out there... |

:) Opera is the one I didn't try. Google Chrome and IE it is (and firefox of course, but that one didn't work). I use chrome for development since IGB uses chromium. |

i believe a solution to that is to head here: http://dl.stackfoundry.org/contribtastic/ and download the 'vcredist_x86.exe' |
