Okay so here's the deal.

I used this account to send a buddy invite. This buddy of mine has recently activated his account via credit card through VIA account management. However, my account had expired a week or so before the buddy invite had been activated.

So I have reactivated the account that had sent the buddy invite using the "Hours for PLEX" option. It will not allow me to redeem any items and there is no PLEX showing up in my assets.

When I look at "Past Invite" in account management I have message "Your friend upgraded on 19 Aug 2011 using a non-eligible payment"

The Terms and Condition:

Each paying account (trial accounts do not qualify for this promotion) can send Buddy Program invites.

Each paying account is restricted to 10 Buddy Program invites per month.

Only accounts created through this emailed invite are valid for this offer. Be sure your friends use the invite to create their account in order for you to earn your game time when they subscribe to EVE Online

Eligible subscription activations can be funded by Credit/Debit cards, WebMoney Transfer, paysafecard, ETC, PLEX, iDeal and PayPal.

Payments not eligible for this offer: Direct Debit, CD Keys, including CD Keys purchased or received from non-CCP sources and online stores such as, but not limited to: Steam Store, Direct2Drive, Gamers Gate, Impulse Driven.

You will need to have a paying account once your friend purchases an EVE Online subscription to receive your reward of a PLEX or 30 days.

Please note that once your friend purchases an EVE Online subscription, your PLEX or 30 free days may take up to 24 hours to be applied.



The statement: "You will need to have a paying account once your friend purchases an EVE Online subscription to receive your reward of a PLEX or 30 days." bothers me, however I do have ANOTHER paying account which has been active throughout this whole process.

I have sent a petition, but only have about 3 hours of game time left on the account that should have received the PLEX.

Am I ineligible for the PLEX or is there any way I can somehow get it? If the above statement regarding not having a paying account is the reason why the payment is non-eligable, can I argue that I do have ANOTHER paying account, unrelated to the buddy invite?

Any advice/insight would be appreciated.
