Hi there everyone!

I have a problem related to ship fitting. Yesterday I finished a mission for an agent, then I changed my mind about the order of the high power slot modules, so I changed them. But then the error/problem occurs and from that moment I was merely capable to hold my hand of the phone to call 112 (Netherlands emergency).

Do not mind any personal problems there, though focus on the ship. The steps what I did last night:
1.Unfitted all HP-modules;
2.Fitted the modules one-by-one;
2a.Until the last slot, when I fitted a module I was notified in a box 'There is already something being added to or removed from that location. Please wait until it finished before trying again'
2b.So I have read the message, and did the steps 1-2 over again, but the problem got worse though, other slots do have the same problem now aswell. The problem is now related to slot 2, 4 and 5.
3.I tried to unfit all modules and refitted, leave the ship (+unfitted modules), wait a day (unfitted+leave ship), and I tried several minutes ago to refit. But it did not help.

The ship type does not really matter, because every ship could have the problem, though if your interested, the problem is related to the 'Thorax' and has 3 rigs, 5 LP-modules, 3 MP-modules and for the HP-modules I selected 4 times Hybrid railguns and one small tractor beam installed.

I have encountered this a couple times when the client stopped talking to the server for various reasons. Have you tried closing eve and re-starting it?

Pure and simple, you've got a bug or lag gremlin. Are you doing this in a busy system? Fitting ships in Jita / Amarr has been an issue for a while, due to the sheer number of requests.

None the less, the best solution for you will be to clear the cache (it's under the escape menu >> reset) and let it restart you.

Still bugged? Try undocking and docking again.

STILL bugged? Petition time, really.

Hmmm, oke. I already tried to 'undocking and docking' but I did not cleared the cache by any change, so I am going to do that. Though, I have not checked if the system was busy, that's on the checklist ;-). And else, petition time.

I have docked in another system, and that does the trick. Essence/Villore seems to be busy(a whole 12-hours for now on.) But I am fully fitted now! Now I will punish any pirate ( sorry ;-) I am not really so tough as my word are telling you.)

I did not tried that, on the time it happened... although, I think that I restarted EVE client 10 minutes later, but that did not help. Maby you have already read the quote, I docked into another station in antoher system and that did help the problem.
