For me, the biggest issue with the PVE in null sec is that it promotes snobbery in the corp. We have many players that do not have great DPS and thus players that have tengu or high DPS ships generally do not fleet with those ships because the bounty cycles decrease in value.

This can cause separation within a corp between the have and have not got high DPS ships. for example in my tengu i make 12mil a cycle in a forsaken hub, if i fleet up with a drake i would have to do two hubs in order to make that same amount. This means the players that have not got the ships take months to get enough money together in order to make themselves and the corp isk.

In my drake it took me 2 months of solo forsaken rally points in order to afford a tengu and i made that back in 2 weeks of tengu PVE

basically there is no incentive to help the lower characters in your corp. I would say there show be a increase bounty or loot or dread spawn chance if you help lower skilled players
