i understand the game and it mechanics and im sure these ideas could work
first idea is to make all null sec local channels work same as it does for worm holes.
but any systems with a npc station work as normal and or any system with a pos populate all in local if the pos has a new modual u can anchor and online at pos. the fluf is people who populate the system with stations of any type would like to monitor the system to protect thier assets and or main controle systems. u can make the modual adjustable much like scan probes. the larger the bubble the more cpu and pow grid for example every 1au adds 6 cpu and 2500 power grid.

another idea is add another skill called somthin like: astromertic scouting
this skill increses the probes effective range much like the mechanics the heavy interdictor use to its warp disruption bubble, well this modual u fit on your ship works the same as the interdictor and use a launcher to launch a scout probe and the probe expires in like 1 hour durrind the hour the probe will either auto populate a info on ships that enter the probes range or it populates any pilot in range in the local channel much like current mechanics.

well i seem to notice no comment is often the bad idea and if people bash on your post and teas your spelling and or grammor it often means good idea.... well im getting no comment on this post so it must not be that good but im not se reason its not good

I found it hard to interpret your ideas. This is what I think you are proposing:

First, turn local into WH's delayed local. Then:

1.) Add a POS mod that auto-populates the local channel with a pilot's info whenever they fly within range of the POS module. Allow different versions of the POS mod to increase range at the expense of PG/CPU.

2.) Have a launchable probe that auto-populates the local channel with a pilot's info whenever they fly within range of the Probe. Allow the probe range to be increased by skills.

This sounds fairly reasonable to me. Althought, I think the idea needs a little foushing out: Is the POS mod outside of the POS shields where it can be incapped by a reasonable force (what is a reasonable force)? Are the probes statically deployed (i.e., are they one-time use, immoble probes like warp disruption probes, or are they re-useable and mobile like scan probes?) Can we add these modules and probes to the ship scanner, so scouts can potentially evade these detectors? How long does your information stay available in local (X min, or until you leave system)?

well i thik the thing this game is missing most of is sliders those things u use to rase and lower your volume or shadders or brightness well i suggest that you modual yes outside the pos shilds is first onlined then you open the management screen on the mod and it has a slidder all the way left does nothingall the way right it has theabillity to cover 200 AU and at 200 AU the cpu would be 1200 and the power it takes is 500,000

well yes the ballancing of this idea is required and it be up to ccp to make it work right as i can offer my ideas of ballance but more i add the more scrutany this idea recieve and less others can input thier ideas to improve.

this is where an idea i have has much room for input and debate among the people who like it added to game
