So would it be considered of limits to go after a friends niece or is she considered fair game?

I say "friend" what I mean is some random guy in EVE. Who added us on facebook and it turns out his niece is hot.

I say fair game. Who agrees?

Kind of concerned about his usage of "Go after" and "fair game" also. Confused

Providing she's of legal age i'd agree with this.

Oh, also, thread is useless without pics.

Remember the formula.

Divide your age by 2, then add seven.

Unless she's underage, in which case I suppose its alright, as long as you are 12.

I bet most people would be surprised to find out what the actual "legal age" is wherever they live.
It's only 18 in just a handful of places, in most of the USA it's actually 16, most parts of Europe fairly low too, 15-14 (with Spain, for instance, at barely 13).

Actually, it's much more befuddled in a system of laws governing this sort of thing. Yes, it is confusing. It just depends on the system.

For example, some states have a law that, once you hit 18, there's a 3 year difference law. If the other is more than 3 years younger than you, it is statutory ****.

Don't nail your friend's niece unless you're pretty sure you can handle him.

I mean, if any of my friends tried to poke my niece, I'd probably choke them out with their own shriveled ball sacks.

What makes you think she would go for a facebook stalker in the first place?

Manging to get around that, sure, go for it. I do not see whay your frind would object to it, if it makes you and his niece happy. And it is not like he own his niece eihter.

You mean "tasteful", "chivalrous" or something similar ?
I fail to see any ADDITIONAL noteworthy ethical problems in having consensual sex with somebody barely over the legal age of consent (other than those already present when talking about having sex with somebody noticeably over the legal age of consent).

This is just like a lot of other laws, really. People think it's the government telling people how to live, but really it's there for people to call upon and as a tool for law enforcement.

If the girl really wants to do that and you haven't coerced her or ****d her, you're not usually going to jail because no one goes to the cops. Her parents probably figure out that she's active at some point, but she's not HURT. It's between her and them. Of course there are stories in the news every now and then, but be realistic about the normal way things happen before you start posting links to extreme cases.

If you're lying to yourself about some twelve year old in the park, you deserve the beat down and subsiquent cell with Bubbah that you get when her parents call the cops.

There is a special place in hell for adults who charm young girls by lying to them, and break their hearts. I think that's where the system goes grey, as people aren't sure of someone's intentions or younger people do this to even younger girls without meaning to. Thinking they know love before they do.

The only time I really have a 'problem' with the law is when people are happy. Like when some 16yo boy gets to do his hot teacher, and then she loses her job and his family moves when people find out. That south park episode jabbing at this was hilarious.

Two words. Hell yes. Why are you asking, just go.

Of course, this is assuming she is of age, which I am guessing she is.

Damn, you guys all fail. The correct answer is: We need pics of said niece in order to make an accurate and realistic judgment.

She may be 18 but compared to OP she is probably still a child.

Sisters, mothers, grandmothers, current GFs and pets are definitely off limits (unless your friend and his GF are particularly open minded and invite you to join them).

Niece's are a grey area, depends on how close to her he is. If he regards her as a sister the rule above applies, if he rarely sees her, she fair game assuming she's old enough to be legal.

However since he is more a casual acquaintance than a friend, the above can be ignored and you can have an orgy with his sisters, mother, grandmother, GF, niece and golden retriever without violating the man code. And as an added bonus in accordance with the man code, your proper friends will be obliged to buy you lots of drinks in recognition of your act of monumental deviancy.
