Greetings Pilots!

This time I come in with a question about copyright.

I want to publish a mobilephone eve online theme for free, and I would like to know if any of you has a clue if it will result in complications doing so. Do I need the ok from CCP, although its a non profit application? I am rather a noob regarding that kind of stuff - especially international.

thanks in advance for Your answers!

Best regards

Currently, you can publish apps for free provided that credit CCP with ownership of Eve.

Sometime later this month CCP is expected to announce conditions for charging a fee for Eve related apps. Dev Blog 1 & 2.

What about website creation? Do I need to ask permission to use EVE in the domain name? Or to use EVE screenshots as art? What other complications should I be aware of ahead of time if I want to create an EVE website.
