Unfortunately for now, the only way to change your skill queue is by actually logging in to the game client. |

There is an android app called "Aura for EVE Online" which shows your skill queue(s) and other usefull stuff. But like Plastician said, it's not possible to change skills out of game. |

If your running a decent phone, for myself I use a DHD and I bought PhoneMyPC...its basically a remote desktop app and its very very smooth. I have connected to it from 50miles away and started eve and changed skills as well as chat to people in corp. |
