so i'm returning to the game and i need some help picking some skills..

i've always played a balanced character so i thought minmatar would be the choice, i have 7.5 million skill points trained and would like to know.. what are the most important minmatar skills if i want to make sure i can handle myself.

i have flown wolfs and i have minmatar battleships at 4 crusers at 4 battle crusers at 4 and the basic weapons shields and armor stuff up there as well. but there are so many options i am confused.

any help would be awesome
