I have been looking around for a while trying to find a website where I can get current(ish) market data of all the items being sold at a particular station. I have been to EVE-Central and EVE-marketdata but with all of their URL APIs you are required to put a specific typeID, you can further specify a region, station etc. but I don't want to have to loop through each possible typeID for each station just to get information on everything being sold at that station. This seems like a pretty basic function, and I'm hoping I'm just missing something obvious.
On EVE-Central they do a big data dump every day and from this I could glean the information I desire, but I would like data from within the last hour or sooner, and once a day would be too slow.
Anyone know if there is a way I can do what I want through either of these websites?

Yes. A few seconds to think about that. If those market aggregators would distribute an hourly dump for all items in all stations, how much server resources and bandwidth would you think those services would need? Because you can be sure, if such a dump would exist, everybody and his dog would download it. Will be later this week though, since I'm currently messing around with the database (this means the site is down  ). Ah, you can use jitanomic, but I've been disappointed by the punctuality of jitanomic (regarding updates) in the past. Though they say they update at least once a day, it will easily be once every 3-6 days. |
