Hello,
I have searched all over and seen 2 different answers to this, from various time frames and game releases.

What is the current Concord response to someone war-deccing a corp and attacking their high sec POS? Does Concord intervene or let it play out?

I have read that war-deccing does not include POSs and attacking them will get you Concorded and I have also read that it is a valid strategy. Just want to make sure of the current standard before putting up a POS, thanks!

Why should Concord interfere in concord sanctioned wars?

Of course your POS is in danger, when being war declared.

That source was lying to you.
POSes are open targets with a war dec.

Good luck taking down a ****star POS though.
You'll wish you had ships with e-war immunity.

Well, if the POS is not defended by gunners they are not hard to take down even with a small fleet. Just takes a long time with just subcaps.
With gunners and a support fleet it can be almost impossible tough.

Hi Lixxi,

It takes 24 hours for the war to go live, from the point you are warned about it.
It takes (approx...) one or two hours to unanchor and take down a POS.

Hope that makes the course of action obvious :)

It's really not worth turning over scant POS resources to power guns / other defenses in highsec, since you can see the risk coming 24+ hours away and avoid it.

Feel free to have a recon or two cloaked where the POS was, see if you can't kill a couple of guys who warp to where it was to check it out. Rarely, and if it had no guns, you'll find someone just warp to it and look in an uncloaked ship.
