Greetings to the Sani Sabik Illuminati.
And the rest of you.

It's my pleasure to announce that Sani Sabik will be sponsoring further studies on the Takmahl and BloodRaider cultures in order to complement and contribute to the AR division to which I'm a member on the Arek'Jalaan Project.
To this effort, I'm creating the Takmhal & BloodRaider Institute for Advanced Research for studies, theories, and protection of knowledge which may encounter possible resistance on its release.

The purpose of this Society is not scientific but philosophical on its nature and to us, also a matter of Wars and Faith.
Far too long the utterly corrupt Theology Council has taken control over the knowledge that has been given to us in the past. It's time to bring this to light.

I hereby invite scholars, scientists, philosophers, religious experts and the most brilliant minds of the cluster to join us at our weekly meeting inside the Midnight Opera where we will gather our information and go deeper than anyone ever been into the mysteries of such cultures.

As with any Sani Sabik venture, this Institute for Advanced Research will also work on the same precepts:

Arrow Unlimited funds - Isk will be given freely to any member of the Society who will advance our cause. There is no limits of investments I'm prepared to impose. Knowledge is priceless to me.

Arrow Profit of time and efforts above all - You come to us with knowledge, serious knowledge or you will be turned away without cerimonies. We are not a democratic institution, we don't waste time with unecessary discussions. We set a goal and we focus on it until we get what we want. There is no sidetracks, no conflicts of hierachy. What I say goes.

Arrow Rewards - Sani Sabik has a very known and very generous system of rewards. Bring to me what I seek and you shall be handsomely rewarded . Fortunes are of us.

Arrow Quality above Quantity - I seek Brains. I'm not interested to deal with a bunch of capsuleers who know nothing of the matters above and are only trying to impress us with hot air.
I'm seeking great minds, great thinkers who have a willingness to take big risks, ask big questions, and go further. The scale, time, scope and complexities are enormous, will transcend institutions, borders, disciplines and fields.

ArrowWe only accept excellence, nothing less.

Arrow The end justifies the means. We will achieve our objectives regardless of the methods used. We will not hesitate to war, sabotage, murder and destroy capsuleers, corporation or alliances who turns to be a serious practical disturbance on our path towards enlightment.

Arrow Etiquette and Social standards - Members are to abide by the protocols of Etiquette and Social standards we have at the Opera. A single breach of of it may bring you serious consequences.

This said, our first meeting will happen this Friday, starting at 21:00EVE at the Midnight Opera. Access is blocked by default, will be given to those who I'll grant a pass.

Agenda for the First meeting.

On our first meeting we will pick up the line of discussion presented at the AR Division of the Arek'Jalaan Project:

Discussion

"The Takmahl were a pious people, producing many theoretical texts and sculptures of Amarrian deities. These are considered highly heretical in nature by Amarrian theologists and are being sought out and destroyed by Amarrian authorities. If this hunt is motivated by religious beliefs only or a desire to keep knowledge hidden has yet to be revealed.

Evidence suggest that the ancient texts of the Takmahl were eventually gathered into The Apocryphon which is one of the theological foundations of the Blood Raider pirates and, to a further extent, the Sani Sabik cult. Though, evidently, the Sani Sabik came into existence long before the Amarrians returned to space. It is possible the Takmahl were a part of the Amarrian elite devoted to Sani Sabik, therefore having to emigrate to avoid persecution. Further, being the elite, it is possible these people possessed knowledge the Amarrian authorities had a special interest in putting to rest. The Takmahl being the among Amarrain elite, is supported by their technological specialization as well, as cybernetics and and bio-engineering were (and still are) skills highly sought by the Amarrian upper class (the holders) due to their dim view on cloning technology for prolonging life.[5] Further, the ability to develop spaceship armor technology at least as advanced as the Empire shows that the Takmahl certainly not were without high skilled abilities.

The Takmahl tried to hide their most precious artifacts within a deadspace pocket close to the sun in the Aphi solar system. Though, designating the complex as the "Labyrinth" and designing the interior of the complex like a maze have still not prevented poachers from entering the inner temple and access to the technology left behind by the Takmahl.

While often being labeled as one of the four ancient races, the Takmahl distinguish themselves from the other three in the following ways: It appears the Takmahl were a splinter group of Amarrian citizens and therefore not a distinct ethnic group that came through the EVE Gate. In fact, the Takmahl seem only to have appeared as a distinct group long after the closure of the Gate (when the Amarrians returned to space). At this time the Sleeper civilization appears to have already been in ruins."

This extract can be obtained in full at the AR main page. Our meeting will take this line of thought presented by Myyona and advance theories from there.
If you feel that you have what it takes to join us, send me one single private mail and I'll contact you with further instructions.

As a single disclaimer, let me reinstate that this is not a Scientific Project and therefore not related in any shape or form with Arek'Jallan, but we will gladly share our findings with AR division colaborating with artefacts and knowledge in that regard.

That's all for now.

I see the Takmahl as an enigmatic bridge to the past, a people who - not unlike contemporary explorers - sought knowledge in hidden spaces. Regarding their alleged heresies, many dogmatic prohibitions do find root in harmful physical facts. Today, Nation handily demonstrate risks inherent in playing with technology only partially mastered. I would not therefore characterize the Theology Council's position on the Takmahl as corrupt so much as an exercise in prudence - perhaps excessive.

However, the storm is upon us.

Takmahl's ancient ghosts might serve us well against the ghouls now barking between stars, while those risks previously guarded against have tragically materialized in others. Indeed, by better understanding all of her past, a reinvigorated Amarr might better reclaim all of her future.

Though inconveniently remote from me at present, I remain fond of my idle colonies in Chanoun, Aphi, and Nidupad. With the assistance of some liberated Raider scientists and a bug of theirs or two, I've put many mainframes and nanite factories to the task of building a better Sebiestor. My lycanthropic little bunnies are quite gifted on the football field... but that is neither here nor there.

It is the location of Araz between Amarr and the Promised Land that most intrigues me. In their time, nothing would have prohibited the Takmahl from heading in any direction they chose; yet, they headed straight for the Gate. The opening and destruction of that passage stand as God's greatest challenges to Mankind. In turn, walking the Pathway of Heaven once more certainly represents the most sacred act civilization might now undertake - as the Takmahl appear to have anticipated countless centuries ago. Their study is a worthy exercise, regardless of subtle motivation.

Well said Captain Noh.
On the matter of Takmhal there is much yet to be revealed and your words are thought provoking, I'll certainly bring it to the table on our meeting this Friday.

I know a bit about the Takmahl, and Araz constellation, some of the recent wars I have been in have been about the Things located there. unfortunately, your posted time is going to be too late in the day for me.
However, I believe you know a certain Koronakesh? I will pass on things to him, and he can deal with it as he sees fit.

Not all knowledge can be gained by the means you have at your disposal.

Just as not all artifacts can be gained that simple.

Due to my need of using the Opera main Hall for a private last minute meeting, the location of tonights meeting will be at the Dome of the Pleides Project.
I'll personally invite you around 10 minutes before the meeting starts.

Furthermore, I appreciate all requests to join sent to me by mail and I have selected our participants. If you have applied and not received an invitation to join, don't take it personally, its just a matter to keep a reasonable number to fluent flow of communications inside our venue. You'll probably be invited to other future meetings.

"Things" is a delightfully ambiguous term, now, isn't it? I'm surprised to hear there are wars in Araz, though. It was such a sleepy little province when I was there - certainly one of my favorites.

Very good, Revan. I applaud this effort, as usual. I've found Takmahl references in old Covenant tomes while on my earlier retreat a couple of years ago. I really should get out and go visit the Takmahl ruins for myself.

If at all possible, could some sort of information feed be setup for those interested, knowing of course that I don't mind if you only send me titbits to keep me excited Wink

It will be done after we collect the first minutes of meeting from the opening and build a base for further actions.

If there is one thing that the Arek'Jaalan project is showing, it's how many little mysteries can be linked and entwined into one big ball of mysteries, all tangled up and looking daunting.

Any effort that goes beyond merely observing and poking the ball, and actually seeks to untangle it all, can only be a good thing.

I know that I am rather curious to see what the results may bring...

This week, we have donated a collection of Takmahl Artefacts including Ritual pages to the Arek'Jallan Project under the care of Aquisition Department Mr Antiquarian.
The other set of Artefacts will be kept within our halls for Religious studies only.

A kiss to the heretic Gallente who bravely entered the enticing Takmahl sites and shared with me all its delights.
