Are the beancounter implants I60 and J60 any usefull? Im new to research\manufacture and i cant be certain about what they are supposed to do exactly.Something tells me their use is very specific.

Also is it wise or helpfull to split invention and manufacturing into 2 characters as opposed to 1 character, assuming that skill training time is NOT an issue?

Would you rather have 1 character that does invention jobs and 1 character that does production, or would you rather have 2 characters that do both, doubling the number of jobs you can do at once?

The same science skills are needed for both invention and production of T2 items so don't waste job slots as it doesn't take long to train the skills for lab and production slots.

Like all things in industry, do the math.

5% = saves about 18.25 days a year per slot, if your using it around the clock.

Can you manufacture / research / copy enough with the implant to make it worthwhile?

I have a K60 (5% copy) implant on an alt, and I don't feel it was an especially good investment. I didn't do that math before buying it.
