I've got a G19 keyboard, and i've scripted mouse movements in it. Is it legal to bind a simple action (Eg. Activating all the shield hardeners, moving something from cargohold to hangar, etc? The macro is .5s long, not auto repeating, nor anything. It's basically a keybind, i press a key instead of doing a mouse movement. |

In the past, either CCP devs or GMs have stated these are ok because they require player interaction. The EULA actually states "u may not use macros or other stored rapid keystrokes or other patterns of play that facilitate acquisition of items, currency, objects, character attributes, rank or status at an accelerated rate when compared with ordinary Game play". I'd say the key word is accelerated. That being said, your best off petitioning and asking a GM your question. |

Mh, thanks. Petitioned it. Hope it's legal, i'd really like to keep ice mining while watching films on the sofa. |
