On 2011-07-16 at around 18:55 eve server went down hard. It cost my alliance billions in ships, including a valuable tech3 cruiser.
But, apparently, even when the entire eve server is rebooted several times in the middle of its regular uptime, no logs are kept?
So my question is what exactly does get reimbursed? If a server crash that caused multiple reboots of the server doesn't leave any logs.... what does? |
